The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always there to assist with any needs or questions we had. The location was also great, with plenty of options for dining and shopping within walking distance. the room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided in the lobby.

That the drain in the bathroom basin didn't flow very well, which made it a bit inconvenient during our stay. Another issue was that the hotel was a bit difficult to reach by public transportation if you aren't familiar with the local language.

Wanted to see Hualien City popular places and this apartment was nice base for exploring most of them.

We appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided in the lobby. the option to decline daily cleaning was presented to us during check-in, which helped reduce the cost of our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if we visit the area.
